We hope very much that we will meet your expectations of us. If
however you are unhappy with any aspect of the service you have
received from Weightmans you may raise that with:
- the case handler dealing with your matter
- the person identified to you by us as responsible for
supervising work on your matter
- our Complaints Partner James Holman or
- if your complaint does not relate to a solicitor client
retainer Sarah Jane Howitt, Director of Marketing
