Directions

Travelling by car:

• The suggested driving route is to exit the inner ring road (Mancunian Way) at the Piccadilly signs and proceed down London Road.
• At the traffic-light controlled crossroads as you reach the station
• Carry straight on and follow the road round to the left (Monroe's pub is on the corner).
• Stay right and the car park entrance is 100m on the right.
• The car park is located underneath 3PP. Access is from only from Whitworth Street.
• To leave the car park, take the central lifts or stairs to the plaza (level 0).

On foot from Manchester Piccadilly Station:

• From the station, access is via the pedestrian footbridge over London Road, dropping down to plaza level before turning left and crossing the tram lines to enter the plaza. 3PP is straight ahead.
• From other parts of town it is recommended (due to construction blockages in the area) that you go to the station and then follow the above instructions.
• 3 Piccadilly Place is the copper-clad office building directly opposite the main entrance to Piccadilly Station.
