Weightmans invites you to its annual health
update. As we enter 2012 we look back at key court decisions from
2011 and consider their impact on the NHS and the healthcare
sector. We also look ahead to what is on the horizon
including an update on the Health and Social Care reforms, Judicial
Review, Risk Management and Information Governance. Disclosure of
information and the handling of data continue to present challenges
to the public sector and we take the opportunity, once again, to
look at both the latest developments in this area (including the
Data Protection Act 1998 and Freedom of Information Act
2000).
The speakers, led by Tony Yeaman and Kiran
Bhogal, will include specialists from within our Healthcare
Advisory Team. We also hope to be
joined by a representative of the NHSLA. We hope that
you will be able to join us for what we hope will be an informative
and enjoyable update and an opportunity to network with your
peers.
