We are pleased to announce the details of our upcoming seminar
on social enterprises.
Social enterprises operate in all markets;
they use different models and structures to address an increasing
variety of needs and they are quietly and effectively transforming
the business world – addressing the most complex social and
environmental challenges in innovative and sustainable ways. Social
enterprises already contribute nearly £10 billion per year to the
UK economy, with twice as many reporting growth last year as
conventional businesses. Social enterprises are thriving because
they can spot the social problems and social opportunities and use
business methods and create wealth to help resolve them.
