Compl-i - August 2011
Introduction
Welcome to our Compl-i newsletter, a
bi-monthly review of regulatory and compliance issues affecting
solicitors.
We are well into the PII renewal season now
and firms are being advised to ensure that they submit their
proposal forms as early as possible. Our Compl-i team have already
helped firms prepare for renewal including advising on steps to
take to make the firm as attractive as possible to insurers. It is
never too late to seek help and our bespoke Compl-i service will
provide you with all you need to ensure compliance, manage risk and
minimise claims and complaints, all of which are key to securing a
favourable premium on renewal.
And remember, if you have not provided
training to your staff yet on the new Code of Conduct and would
like some help with this, feel free to contact us for a quote.
