The SRA has released the following guidance to assist firms:

• Preparing for Alternative Business Structures: The SRA has published guidance on the appropriate preparations to make and how to avoid the pitfalls following the introduction of the Legal Services Act.
  
• LSA – How to Comply with the New Requirements for Sole Practitioners: The SRA have published guidance to assist sole practitioners following the introduction of the SRA Practising Regulations on 1 July.
