WSP on Autodesk Pilot

Sean Crotty has recently advised the multinational design, engineering and management consultancy organisation WSP Group plc on the multimillion pound purchase of software licences from Autodesk plc. The licences formed part of the largest Autodesk Multiflex agreement to have been signed outside of the US.

Wirr-all in IT together

John Schorah, assisted by Sean Crotty, has advised Wirral Metropolitan Borough Council as leading local authority in relation to the procurement of an IT service worth an estimated £2 million.

The service is to be used by several different public bodies and will enable the authorities to maintain, disseminate and share sub-regional information and intelligence.

Procuring the Best for Derbyshire

Sean Crotty has recently acted for Derbyshire County Council in its procurement of email and internet services from Fujitsu Services Limited.

The multimillion pound contract covered EU procurement issues, as well as IT and Intellectual Property law.
