Fraud - June 2010

Welcome to the June edition of the Weightmans fraud newsletter.

In this edition of the Weightmans Fraud Team ebulletin we look at the impact of the MOJ reforms and the strategies being implemented by Insurers to deal with the potential for an increase in fraudulent motor claims.
