Welcome to the first edition of our new monthly health and safety newsletter.

The newsletter is designed to keep you up to date with all current news and will cover decisions of the Courts in health and safety cases.

This edition reports on the decision of the Supreme Court in asbestos claims, the new online accredited health and safety consultants register and the £400,000 fine handed down in a fatality case.
