the Insurance Fraud Investigators Group (IFIG) quarterly members
meeting which takes place at:

IFIG brings together organisations that are involved in fighting
insurance fraud. 220
members have joined
together to develop a network and process for sharing
criminal intelligence to help investigate and prevent fraud. IFIG
was established in the 1990s with just a handful of members
from the insurance industry and
has grown to encompass professionals from insurers,
investigators, loss adjusters, lawyers and law enforcement
agencies.
Says Ted Sheils, partner in the Fraud
Team at Weightmans, "We recognise the value of the work done by
fellow members and are happy to play our part in supporting the
group's meeting when it comes to the North West."
The event is co-sponsored with
Merseyside Police and DWF.
