Weightmans retains position on panel
Weightmans has been retained by the National Health Service
Litigation Authority on its clinical negligence legal panel
following a six month review.
The panel, handles all
claims against the NHS in England and is made up of 11 firms.
The appointment takes effect
from 1 April 2008 for a term of three years.
Weightmans' Clinical
Negligence team has many years experience in defending clinical
negligence claims.
