Redundancy

Clearly compromised
Workers cannot agree to contract out of their right to bring a
tribunal claim, with the exception of compromise agreements.

Regulations protect an employee’s contractual rights if their job
is transferred to another employer. We look at a case that said
that employees can object to any change that is to their
