highly focused approach to dealing with fraudulent claims. We
believe in devising a strategy for each case at the
earliest stage, in order to avoid unnecessary legal costs and
to bring proceedings to a conclusion as rapidly as possible. We do
not settle cases on the door of the court.
We advise on all aspects of fraud, including
staged and contrived accidents, phantom passenger claims, minor
impact claims, serial claimants and fabricated claims for
damages. As well as case handling, our team has an expert
methodology for the detection of fraud, utilising various databases
as well as a dedicated panel of external investigators.
