Andrew qualified in 1991 and became a partner
in 1997. He is Director of our national Public Sector
Group.
Andrew has experience of all types of public
sector litigation advising both local and fire authorities. He has
handled a wide variety of cases including occupier’s, employers'
and public liability claims involving duty of care and performance
of statutory duties issues. He has also been involved in
judicial review proceedings.
Andrew is currently handling a large number of
claims alleging a failure to provide adequate education and
provides risk management advice on this and other topics. He is
member of ELAS.
