Andrew was admitted as a solicitor in 1991
having qualified from Cardiff University in South
Wales. Throughout his career he has
undertaken litigation and advocacy work, with an emphasis
within the civil arena, although has conducted high
profile criminal cases and held an appointment as a duty
solicitor for several years in South Glamorgan.
He has since been appointed as a partner and
will be working from the Birmingham office with the remit of
developing our fraud prevention, detection, handling and sanction
strategies across our practice areas and our client base,
outside of the motor arena.
Although unrestricted, his primary initial
focus will be in relation to EL/PL and disease claims.
Andrew's experience in dealing with fraud
spans the whole claims process specialising in the
development and implementation of
counter fraud strategies including the prevention
and detection of fraudulent activity, pre and post litigation
handling, to the enforcement of successful judgements
and the sanctioning of those responsible for fraudulent
activity.
Andrew is a founding member and
director of the Midlands Fraud Forum and appreciated by his clients
as an innovative, technical and effective litigator with a genuine
passion for his work.
