Andy qualified in 2003 and became a partner in
2009. He manages the Local Government group in the Birmingham
office.
He currently acts for a number of local
authorities and fire and rescue services in relation to a wide
range of issues.
Andy specialises in defending public and
employer’s liability claims and has particular experience of
dealing with flood related claims, highways winter maintenance and
workplace stress claims.
Andy regularly lectures on a variety of
related topics, has written published articles and is often
involved in witness training including mock trials.
