Anne-Marie qualified as a solicitor in 1992 and joined
Weightmans as a partner in 2008. She has spent her
professional life defending claims against professionals,
principally solicitors and accountants, but also a wide range of
other professionals including barristers, brokers, surveyors,
valuers and financial advisers.
She has dealt with many complex high value cases and
multi-party proceedings and at the other end of the spectrum has
managed a scheme providing claims handling services to
insurers. She also has considerable expertise in policy
wording and coverage disputes.
