Anne qualified in 1985. She is a specialist in site
acquisition, development projects, joint ventures, forward funding
and regeneration and remediation of brown field sites.
She also acts regularly on behalf of either Landlords or
Tenants in Lease transactions. She has expertise in all aspects of
banking work including in particular secured lending and
development finance. Clients include property
developers in the retail, residential, industrial and leisure
sectors, health authorities, blue chip companies, local
authorities, pension funds.
