Bavita joined Weightmans as Head of Litigation
Operations in 2006. She has wide ranging responsibilities for
bringing together system reforms and improvements across all
aspects of Weightmans' legal practice with particular focus on case
management.
A key element of Bavita’s role is the maintenance of quality
whilst overseeing the potential growth of case management systems
in all practice areas.
