Formerly with Mace & Jones, Bernadette represents both
employers and employees. She regularly undertakes employment
tribunal advocacy, including multi day hearings and has a
particular interest in discrimination and whistleblowing issues.
Bernadette is an experienced trainer and has presented
training courses for a variety of clients on many different
employment law topics. Bernadette has particular expertise in
dealing with difficult and highly sensitive workplace issues
including discrimination, and workplace bullying in a constructive
way.
Bernadette has particular experience in the private sector,
principally SMEs, voluntary sector, GP practices, NHS, local
authorities.
