clinical negligence and healthcare law. After qualifying in South
Africa, Beth practiced at Le Brasseur J Tickle and Barlow Lyde and
Gilbert, acting for NHS Authorities, Trusts and private health
insurers. Beth has a particular expertise in multi-party litigation
and specialises in high value, catastrophic injury cases. Beth
regularly advises healthcare clients on general healthcare law and
represents healthcare professionals at inquests. Beth routinely
lectures to doctors and managers on a wide range of medico-legal
issues.
