Beth joined Weightmans in 2001 and has
worked for the NHS since 1990 having previously practised at Le
Brasseur J Tickle and Barlow Lyde & Gilbert, acting for NHS
authorities, trusts and private health insurers.
Beth has a particular expertise in
multi-party litigation and specialises in high value, catastrophic
injury cases. Her areas of speciality include clinical negligence,
healthcare law and inquests, amongst others.
Beth regularly advises healthcare
clients on general healthcare law and represents healthcare
professionals at inquests. She routinely lectures to doctors and
managers on a wide range of medico-legal issues.
