Formerly with Mace & Jones, Bruce has experience of a wide
range of corporate finance work and also handles share schemes,
limited liability partnership and general partnership work. Bruce
also has particular expertise in advising on joint venture
agreements and regularly advises property developers on corporate,
LLP, contractual and partnership structures.
During the year he led teams that advised on the acquisition of
the Crestchem group of companies by Meade-King Robinson &
Company Limited and the acquisition of Ainscough Building Supplies
Limited by Huws Gray Limited.
Bruce’s clients are principally SMEs, including a number of
professional practices, although he is developing a niche in NHS
Foundation Trust commercial work.
