Formerly with Mace & Jones, Carole heads the family
department’s “cracking team” which has been ranked in the Northwest
Top Tier of the Legal 500 in the last three editions. She is also
the head of the wills, tax, trusts and probate team.Carole has 29
years experience and was appointed as Deputy District Judge 10
years ago.
Carole specialises in financial relief claims in divorce
proceedings, in particularly technically complex high value claims.
Her clients have included household names as well as fellow
professionals. Many of her clients are recommended to her by other
lawyers and professionals.
Carole is an active member of Resolution (formerly The
Solicitors Family Law Association), appointed as a Deputy District
Judge in 2000, trained collaborative lawyer, trained Resolution
mentor, member of the Liverpool Law Society Family Business
Sub-Committee.
The team have been shortlisted for the Family Law Award at the
Liverpool Law Society awards 2011.
