Charlie specialises in multi track motor claims presently,
although in the past has acted in public liability and employers'
liability cases, together with criminal matters. He has
considerable experience recently in dealing with unintended
acceleration and alleged power surge cases for bus companies.
Clients acted for include Sabre, Coris UK, Zenith, Quinn,
Gallagher Bassett, Axa Corporate Solutions, Mainland Car
Deliveries, Arriva and Travel West Midlands.
Charlie has also been Chairman of the FOIL Motor Special
Interest Group and was President of the Liverpool Law Society 2008-
2009. He also sits on the committee of the Liverpool branch of The
Lords Taverners (being a past chair), and is very actively involved
in raising funds for charity, both for that Charity and for Claire
House through Weightmans.
