Admitted in 1980, Crispin has been a partner since 1986 and
joined Weightmans in April 2011 where he leads the London office of
a nationwide team.
Crispin’s roots are in insurance litigation where he has been a
specialist over 30 years in employers, public, product and motor
liability claims.
His caseload involves regulatory investigations and prosecutions
by HSE/EHO/VOSA and Police, as well as inquests for the full range
of commercial business activity including construction, waste
management, printing, transport and manufacturing.
Crispin also advises on transport related matters such as
tachograph and overloading of commercial vehicles.
Crispin is a regular speaker at Health & Safety seminars for
clients and the firm.
