Dan is director of insurance and a member of the management
board. He is responsible for managing all lines of the firm’s
insurance business.
Dan is the immediate
past President of the Forum of Insurance Lawyers and has
been actively involved in the Ministry of Justice Claims Process
Review Project Meetings and represented FOIL in the Civil Justice
Council Mediations for Lord Justice Jackson’s report on Civil
Costs.
Dan is a regular speaker at industry conferences.
