Dan has been a partner at Weightmans since May 2003. He
leads the firm’s services to the rail industry. Dan’s
particular area of expertise is with regard to employers’ liability
cases, occupational disease claims and high value public liability
matters. Dan is also instructed in recovery actions and works
for insurers generally.
