Dave is the regional office head for the
Leicester office. He specialises in catastrophic injury cases
including brain injury, spinal injury and amputation. He deals with
motor, employers’ liability and highways cases. He acts for a large
number of local authorities on maximum severity claims.
He is a member of the Law Society and FOIL. He
was an assistant solicitor at Eking Manning, and appointed to
partner in 1994. Dave joined Weightmans in 1999.
