David joined Weightmans in 1999 and became a Partner in 2005. He
has broad experience in all areas of property law, specialising in
sales and purchases, landlord and tenant matters, development
schemes and high value secured lending work for banks and
financial institutions.
He has particular expertise in large scale regeneration projects
and his clients range from national operators to leading local
businesses in both public and private sectors.
