David joined Weightmans in 1999 and became a partner in 2005. He
has broad experience in all areas of property law including sales
and purchases and landlord and tenant law.
His clients range from national organisations to leading local
businesses in both public and private sectors.
David specialises in banking work and acts for a number of banks
and financial institutions in relation to property finance and
security as well as restructuring and insolvency issues.
He also specialises in healthcare law and advises a number of
NHS Trusts, Foundation Trusts and PCTs as well as General
Practitioners in relation to property matters.
