David joined Weightmans in 1999 and became a
partner in 2005. He has broad experience in all areas of property
law including sales and purchases and landlord and tenant law.
He has particular expertise in large scale
regeneration projects and his clients range from national operators
to leading local businesses in both public and private sectors.
David specialises in banking work and acts for
a number of banks and financial institutions in relation to
property finance and security.
He also specialises in insolvency law in
relation to property matters and has dealt with sales by mortgagees
in possession, liquidators, administrators, receivers and trustees
in bankruptcy.
