David is head of the large loss and technical
claims unit. He specialises in Motor Insurers Bureau claims
and non-indemnity insurance work. He also has an extensive
history of dealing with catastrophic personal injury claims,
including claims of the utmost severity, spinal injuries/paralysis
and serious head injuries.
David has lectured widely on technical and
large loss work and acted for MIB on the judicial review
proceedings issued by MASS, which were ultimately discontinued.
