David joined Weightmans in 2001 and has been Operations Manager
of the pre-litigation arm of Weightmans, 'Converge', since its
formation in 2009.
He is responsible for ensuring delivery of a seamless end-to-end
pre-litigation claims process and has 10 years experience of
handling commercial and personal injury claims both in house and
privately.
Dave is heavily involved in the enhancement of our systems and
processes which minimise leakage and ensure optimum performance and
savings for our clients.
