David was educated at Manchester University
and spent most of his professional career as a partner of Alsop
Wilkinson where he was the national head of the employment
department. He joined Weightmans in December 1998 and is Head
of our national Employment team.
David has experience of all aspects of
employment law and has been involved in a number of leading
cases.
David is consistently recommended in Chambers
(“affable and knowledgeable”) and has also been on the “recommended
list” compiled by other specialist employment lawyers.
