David’s practice includes all aspects of commercial property
work, with emphasis on acquisition of land for development;
disposal and leasing of land by Local and Public Authorities;
Landlord and Tenant, both Commercial and Residential; Housing,
including all aspects of housing management and dealings with
dwellings let on assured and secure tenancies; property litigation
relating to Landlord and Tenant and Housing. Also Planning,
Compulsory Purchase and all aspects of residential property,
including plot sales.
He is the Client Partner for English Partnerships and Halton
Housing Trust. Other clients include Bellway Homes, Pierhead
Housing Association and Local Authorities.
