David’s practice includes all aspects of commercial property
work, with emphasis on acquisition of land for development;
disposal and leasing of land by Local and Public Authorities,
focusing primarily on regeneration work by bringing derelict,
run-down and brownfield sites into residential use; Landlord and
Tenant, both Commercial and Residential; Housing, including all
aspects of housing management and dealings with dwellings let on
assured and secure tenancies; property litigation relating to
Landlord and Tenant and Housing. Also Planning, Compulsory Purchase
and all aspects of residential property, including plot sales.
David has acted for Halton Housing Trust, Pierhead Housing
Association and Liverpool Mutual Homes. Other clients include
Knowsley Housing Trust, Helena Partnerships as well as
numerous Local Authorities up and down the country and a
number of private developers.
