Emerson joined Weightmans in 2003, having
qualified in 1996, and was made a Partner in 2005.
He has dealt with large loss cases since 1996 and is currently a
specialist large loss handler for Motor Insurers Bureau and
Co-operative Insurance Society, for whom he
is Weightmans’ principal point of contact on large loss
issues and training. His current caseload includes
tetraplegic, paraplegic, brain injury and amputee claims and he
also has experience in rehabilitation and funding issues.
Emerson also acts as Weightmans' regional FOIL
representative.
