Formerly with Mace & Jones, Emlyn is a partner in the firm’s
employment team and is an experienced advocate in both the
Employment Tribunal and the Employment Appeal Tribunal. He
specialises in all aspects of employment law but has a particular
interest in the following areas: equal pay, discrimination issues
and TUPE.
Emlyn has a reputation as an innovative training provider and
regularly undertakes bespoke in-house training for various bodies
including multi-national companies, housing associations, NHS
Trusts, ACAS and other professional groups. He is also a regular
speaker at Jordans Conferences.
