Formerly with Mace & Jones Emma has practised exclusively in
family law for over 17 years, dealing with many business clients
and complex high value claims. Emma specialises in financial and
children issues on relationship breakdown, including divorce,
separation of cohabitants and the Inheritance Act with a particular
interest in cohabitation issues. Emma’s specialist knowledge of the
law and thorough understanding of the interplay between financial,
personal and legal aspects mean that she provides a high quality of
representation for her clients. Emma’s focus is on problem-solving
to enable clients to resolve issues and move on from a difficult
stage in their lives. Her measured, thorough and tenacious approach

including Kelly’s Draftsman and Resolution Family Law Handbook in
relation to Inheritance Act work.
