Formerly with Mace & Jones, Fiona has been practising family
law exclusively for more than 15 years, specialising in resolving
financial issues on relationship breakdown of both married and
co-habiting couples. She is regularly instructed to deal with
company, partnership, trust and tax issues in divorce and
separation proceedings as well as pre and post nuptial agreements.
She has a wealth of experience in children matters including
residence, contact and leave to remove from the jurisdiction.
Fiona is a trained collaborative lawyer who chairs the
Merseyside Collaborative Law Group and she is keen to promote
alternatives to litigation with a child centred, amicable approach
to separation.
Fiona is a Resolution Accredited Specialist, specialising in
complex financial settlements (Advanced Financial Provision I &
II). She is also an active member of Resolution (formerly the
Solicitors Family Law Association) and sits on Merseyside Regional
committee for Resolution and the Liverpool Law Society Family
Business Sub-Committee.
