Admitted in 1982, Fiona has been a partner since 1986 and joined
Weightmans in 2011.
Fiona specialises in defendant litigation, in particular,
employer's liability, product liability and road traffic accidents.
Fiona has experience in defending prosecutions under Health and
Safety statutes and under the General Product Safety
Regulations.
Fiona regularly gives presentations and seminars on a range of
legal developments, in particular in the areas of product liability
and consumer rights claims.
Fiona was appointed non-executive Director of Basildon and
Thurrock University Hospitals NHS Trust in 1996.
