Gareth is a partner in our national corporate
team. He is based in Birmingham and joined Weightmans in February
2009, having spent over 20 years advising clients in the West
Midlands and beyond on corporate and commercial law.
Gareth has considerable experience in advising
public and private companies and individuals on corporate and
business acquisitions and sales, restructuring, insolvency, joint
ventures and general commercial advice. Gareth also advises NHS
bodies and other public sector organisations on constitutional,
legislative, contractual and commercial issues.
As well as representing mainstream corporates
and public bodies, Gareth also acts for not for profit
organisations, including cash plan insurers and benevolent funds.
He has a particular interest in companies limited by guarantee. In
addition, he acts on partnership and LLP formations, mergers,
de-mergers and dissolutions.
