Jane joined Weightmans in 1999,
becoming a partner in 2011. She is based in our
Leicester office where she is Operations Manager of a team
undertaking both disease and accident claims.
After gaining extensive
experience in defending employers liability and public
liability claims within Weightmans' public sector division for
local authority and police clients, she now specialises in both defending
such cases, largely for retail and utility clients, and
in managing the people and processes involved in that work.
She is tasked with ensuring the provision of
excellent service and maximum savings for her team's
clients.
Jane regularly provides clients with
training on both employers liability and public liability
claims, most recently on accident investigation and the
defence and
valuation of utility claims.
