John is Director of the
Commercial Business Line and board member at Weightmans. He
also is a partner in the corporate practice area.
Regularly accredited both in the Legal 500 and
Chambers UK and quoted by cleints as having a “pragmatic and
commercially realistic approach”, he has extensive experience of
corporate transactional and commercial contract work. He advises
clients in both the public and private sectors with a particular
emphasis on corporate finance matters, mergers and acquisitions,
commercial contracts including partnering arrangements and
intellectual property exploitation.
