Admitted in 1979, Jonathan has been a partner since 1984 and
joined Weightmans in April 2011.
Jonathan specialises in Industrial Disease litigation on the
instructions of various insurers, multi-national and private
companies. He deals with the full variety on occupational disease
claims including asbestos related illnesses, deafness, vibration
injuries, poisoning, cancer, skin diseases, child abuse and stress
claims.
