Judith specialises in occupational disease claims, particularly
asbestos related and other respiratory disease, hand arm vibration
syndrome, work related upper limb disorders, connective tissue
disorders and dermatitis. She has vast experience of dealing with
all the issues that arise in these cases including liability
arising from low level exposure, causation, corporate and insurance
histories, complex lost years and dependency claims.
Judith's clients include insurers, public authorities and a
range of large and small companies. She is responsible for
knowledge management and training for Weightmans Dedicated Disease
Unit. Judith regularly contributes to articles and presents at
training courses and conferences internally and externally.
