Formerly with Mace & Jones, Julie specialises in commercial
property law and her work includes the sale and purchase of
commercial investments; advising on development projects including
site assembly, joint ventures and funding, and acting for both
landlords and tenants in relation to commercial leases and related
matters.
Julie regularly advises property investors and developers in
relation to acquisitions, disposals and development work. She also
has extensive experience of advising clients in the sporting,
retail and leisure sectors.
