Admitted in 1994, Karyn has been a partner since 1999 and joined
Weightmans in April 2011.
Karyn specialises in insurance litigation. Her expertise is
primarily with catastrophic personal injury claims. She has dealt
with both brain damage and spinal injury cases. She has experience
working for major motor manufacturers and is equally at home
advising on complex product liability cases, as she is in dealing
with accident reconstruction and high value employer liability
claims.
Karyn also has experience with multi-party claims and cases
involving accidents that have occurred abroad.
Karyn works for Insurance clients and self insured clients,
including multinational public limited companies, small businesses
and Local Authorities.
Karyn is a member of FOIL (Forum of Insurance Lawyers).
