experience, Lewis has an in-depth understanding of the challenges
faced by public sector, commercial and corporate clients.
Lewis advises clients on planning negotiations, applications,
appeals, enforcement, S.106, 278, 38 and 104 agreements relating to
development proposals, including advocacy at planning appeal
hearings. He also advises on highway issues, such as stopping up
orders and Highways Act agreements, to facilitate development, and
on opposing compulsory purchase orders and advising on CPO
compensation cases, including references to the Lands Chamber of
the Upper Tribunal. He advises on a wide variety of environmental
issues, such as waste handling, contaminated land, environmental
permitting and statutory nuisances.
