Formerly with Mace & Jones, Lottie trained at London family
law firm Manches LLP and qualified in 2006. Based in the Knutsford
office, she advises on divorce and cohabitant disputes, financial
settlements and Children Act disputes relating to contact and
residence.
Lottie is an active member of Resolution (formerly The
Solicitors Family Law Association) and chairs the regional group
Young Resolution Manchester which she co-founded with colleague
Hannah Saxe. She finds all aspects of her work as a family
solicitor to be both engaging and rewarding. She is particularly
keen to find practical solutions to disputes and minimise the
impact of separation on children. As a language graduate, Lottie
speaks French and Italian which assists in international cases.
Lottie is a Resolution accredited
specialist in both children law (disputes between parents or
relatives) and complex financial and property matters (high income
households and substantial assets).
