Formerly with Mace & Jones, Lucy is a solicitor in the
Family Department based in Liverpool. Since qualification in 2007
she has specialised in all areas of family law, particularly in
relation to the financial consequences of relationship breakdown
for both married and unmarried couples. She has advised on a range
of cases involving property, business, trust and jurisdictional
issues.
Lucy also has substantial experience in complex children
matters, to include residence and contact disputes. She has a
particular interest in cases with an international element having
advised on a number of cases where one parent wishes to relocate
abroad.
Lucy is an active member of Resolution and is the chair of Young
Resolution Merseyside. She is also a mentor for students studying
the LPC at the College of Law.
