Mark joined Weightmans as a partner in March 2006 specialising
in Travel Law. He represents the tour operating, coach,
cruise and airline sectors and related insurers.
His areas of expertise include defence of personal injury,
quality and fatality claims, recoveries against suppliers, multi
party claims, booking conditions and terms of supply contracts,
risk management and incident and crisis management. Mark is a
member of the Travel and Tourism Lawyers Association, the Institute
of Travel and Tourism and the Coach Tourism Council. Weightmans is
a Travel Industry Partner with ABTA.
