Mark leads both the London Employment
team and the Weightmans London office.
Mark has a broad range of experience in both
non-contentious and contentious employment advice. He provides
policy and operational advice to public and private sector clients
on a range of issues, including: industrial relations, diversity
with a particular emphasis on disability discrimination, the
management of sickness absence, performance and capability, equal
pay, misconduct and diverse contractual issues.
Mark is an experienced provider of staff
training from Board level to the front line. He also provides
training for Lexis Nexis (Butterworths) and has lectured regularly
to a variety of organisations, including the Royal Society of
Public Health's Occupational Medicine course and the Royal Society
of Medicine on disability and long term sickness absence issues. In
addition, Mark is a trustee of the 'Changing Faces' charity, an
Associate of Minty & Friend, a leading consultancy on
disability matters, and is a member of the Law Society’s Equality
& Diversity Committee.
